$5 Minute Guarantee Policy
It is our policy to be punctual to every service call within the time frame provided. We will arrive at a customer’s home within the appointment window that is promised by our Customer Service Representative or Manager of our company.
Our $5 per minute guarantee states that we will arrive at the customer’s home within the appointment window, and provided they have work done, we will pay them $5 per minute up to $300. The customer must be available to answer the telephone in order for our technician to be dispatched to their home and for the $5 minute guarantee to be valid. If the customer does not answer the phone, then their service call will be suspended until they notify us. This event voids the $5 minute guarantee and it will no longer be applicable for this service call.
