Sweepstakes Rules
 
Any resident within the greater Phoenix Arizona area, aged 18 or older, may enter by mail, or email until the contest deadline of midnight, December 31, 2007.
 
Only one entry per household will be accepted.
 
Mail-in entries will be accepted, but must be received before midnight, December 31, 2007, at 13246 N. 113th Ave., Youngtown, AZ 85363. Mail entries must contain all information from the online entry form (which can be printed to send).
 
Only one prize winner will be selected from a random drawing of all entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries received by midnight, December 31, 2007.
 
The winner will be notified by email no later than January 4, 2008. If no response is received within seven calendar days of notification, attempts to reach the potential winner by phone will be made. If no response is received, the prize will be awarded to another winner selected at random from the remaining entries.
 
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is not liable for any injuries, losses or damages of any kinds resulting from this contest entry and/or receiving any prize.
 
Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax liabilities received.
 
Winner's name(s)/photo(s) may be used by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in subsequent promotion and/or publicity in local or regional media and online.
 
Prize carries no cash value.
