Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Club Membership Terms

Annual Plumbing Inspection – The annual plumbing inspection of common areas of concern in the home revolving around the plumbing system using the Benjamin Franklin Whole House Inspection form.

Water Heater Tune-up – The annual flushing of a water heater for purposes of longevity and inspection. Water heater must be accessible with all valves and parts working properly in order to perform the flush.

Repair & Service Discount – A percentage discount off standard rates provided on eligible repairs, and services up to $300.

Service Call Fees – Service call fee will be reduced below normal rates or waived entirely as stated in level purchased.

Replacement Voucher – Vouchers will be applied when applicable for replacement of water heater installation, external sewer line replacement, external water line replacement, whole-home re-piping and other major equipment replacements in the home. Some exclusions may apply. NOT eligible for use on repairs. Vouchers cannot be combined with discounts or other offers. Vouchers are up to the sole discretion of the service provider. Dollar discounts provided on the sale and replacement of eligible equipment. No actual cash value.

Complimentary Water Test – A water test for chlorine, hardness, and water pressure provided only at the time of the annual system maintenance. No actual cash value.

Free Anode Rod Replacement** – Free Anode Rod replacement included during standard tank water heater tune-up as per plan level purchased. This benefit begins upon the first anniversary of membership. No actual cash value. Anode rod will be replaced only when needed.

Priority Service – The term defined as providing 1st call, 1st offer maintenance windows and premium maintenance windows.

Membership Price Protection – The guarantee that membership pricing (annual and monthly) will not increase during a set time period unless the plan is cancelled, altered, or suspended during that time.

Complimentary Softener Salt – Up to (3) bags of softener salt provided only at the time of the annual system maintenance as per plan level purchased. No actual cash value.

Emergency Response – If you ever need emergency service, you receive priority scheduling. We come to your house first.

Honest Water Filter Replacement – Free filter replacement every two years if Plan membership is uninterrupted and remains active continually. No actual cash value.

Plan membership must be active and maintained as active for the duration to receive any and all benefits. If plan is cancelled or downgraded, any benefits not offered on new coverage will be forfeit and void. All benefits are terminated and rendered of no value at the conclusion of plan term.

Should you cancel your Club Membership within a 12 month period, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the discounts you received and our regular straight forward pricing, UNLESS transferring the plan to another residence or remainder of plan year is paid in full.
